On Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:30 pm at Galleria La Nica in Rome will be open the group exhibition "Bloom – is Result". The exhibition will feature several works whose main subjects will be flowers.
The artists on display will be Orazio Amato, Remo Brindisi, Anselmo Bucci, Corrado Cagli, Giorgio Celiberti, Bruno Croatto, Francesco De Rocchi, Angelo Del Bon, Gianni Dova, Romano Gazzera, Vittoria Lippi, Mario Mafai, Bruno Marzi, Giovanni Omiccioli, Adriana Pincherle, Antonietta Raphaël, Mimmo Rotella and Giovanni Stradone.
The selection will bring together artists from different generations and languages, active between the first half of the twentieth century and contemporary times, offering a nuanced reading of the chosen theme through poetics ranging from realism to abstract material and sign experimentation.
Always one of the pivotal genres in the history of art, still life has represented man's gaze on the world for centuries. "Silent life" – as Giorgio De Chirico would say, is an art form that celebrates immobility by fixing the present and making it eternal and that focuses above all on volume, form and plasticity. The subjects depicted are a praise of life and nature, but they are also a powerful metaphor for that profound connection that exists between what is formal representation and what lies behind the surface, the artist's soul.
"Bloom – is Result" will be open from April 23 to June 27, 2026.
