Here is the image in useful format for Instagram posts, and the full codes for Facebook, X, Linkedin and all messaging systems.

Instructions for posting
Social media posts

This page already provides both the image and the full text complete with hashtags and links. Here’s how to proceed for each platform:

Facebook, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn
  1. Click the “Copy text” button.
  2. Go to your Facebook, X, or LinkedIn page.
  3. In the box that asks “What’s on your mind?” (or equivalent), paste the copied text.
  4. Publish the post.
Instagram
  1. Click the “Download image” button and save the image to your device.
  2. Click “Copy text”.
  3. Open the Instagram app and create a new post, selecting the image you just downloaded.
  4. In the caption field, paste the copied text.
  5. Proceed with publishing.
Messenger and Instagram DMs

Use the same procedure indicated for Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
