Tommaso Medugno è nato a Roma nel 1976, dove vive e lavora. Si è diplomato all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma nel 2000.
Tra le attività espositive più recenti: Il Signore delle Mosche (personale, Galleria L’Union, Roma, 2007, a cura di Emanuela Nobile Mino); Start Up (Galleria Rosso20sette, Roma, 2012); Cowparade (Firenze, 2005, a cura di Gianluca Marziani). Ha inoltre collaborato, con sue opere originali, alla realizzazione delle copertine per la collana “I libri di Carver” composta da opere dello scrittore statunitense Raymond Carver e pubblicata dalla casa editrice Minimum Fax.
