Concept

The "Ambient-arti" project was born from the artistic research of Paolo Chelo, oriented for years towards the analysis of climate, environmental and ecological problems. Through a symbolic and mythological language, the artist proposes an ethical and visual reflection on the relationship between man and nature, denouncing the suffering of the landscape and promoting a "pact of non-belligerence" between the two actors.

Cultural objectives

Raise public awareness of environmental and climate issues through art.

Stimulate an ethical reflection on the relationship between well-being, consumption and responsibility.

Enhance symbolic language as a tool for denunciation and proposal.

Activate a dialogue with the decorative and applied heritage of the Casa Museo Boncompagni Ludovisi.

Works on display

Series of pictorial and graphic works inspired by mythology and nature.

"Variation from Circe": reinterpretation of the myth with replacement of the pornine element with the vegetable.

"The air of Pope Celestine V": reflection on the rejection of wealth.

Installations that evoke absence, aridity, silence, emptiness, desert, darkness.
